Employee Spotlight

"I recently joined HealthSouth and feel my team has given me the opportunity to further develop my skills in addition to providing a challenging and rewarding work environment. I am specifically impressed with the effort HealthSouth makes to include the Corporate employees in understanding the mission and purpose of our business. For example, as part of my “on-boarding” process I was included in a tour of a local rehabilitation hospital which provided Corporate employees, like me, the opportunity to see that our work is meaningful and purpose driven. It reinforced the notion that at HealthSouth, no matter what your role in the company, we are all working towards the common goal of providing quality healthcare and returning our patients to their family and loved ones.”
