Medical Insurance Plan
HealthSouth sponsors a comprehensive medical plan. Employees are eligible to participate on the first day of employment. Dependent coverage is also available.
Dental Insurance Plan
The dental coverage begins on the first day of employment. The plan provides comprehensive dental coverage and is available for your dependents.
Vision Plan
HealthSouth sponsors a vision plan that includes coverage for vision examinations, lenses and frames.
HealthCare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
The plans allow employees to set money aside, tax-free, through payroll deductions to pay eligible healthcare and dependent
care expenses.
HealthSouth Basic Life Insurance Plan
Basic Term Life Insurance is provided to employees. The plan premiums are paid by HealthSouth.
HealthSouth Optional Life Insurance Plans
Additional Life Insurance is available in generous increments for HealthSouth employees. The Additional Life Insurance Plans include Group Universal Life Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance.
Disability Insurance Plans
HealthSouth offers both Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability benefit plans. The plans will provide partial-income replacement for employees who are unable to work due to illness, pregnancy or injury.
HealthSouth Retirement Investment Plan/401(k) Plan
The plan is a qualified 401(k) Plan. The plan allows employees to contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis into their
own accounts

College Savings (529 plan)
The plan enables participants to use after-tax money to fund a college savings account for a child.
